Getting your boat listed on Ranger26.com “Sale Boats” boats for sale listing is easy!

The following information is needed for your listing:

NOTE: Please proof all your information carefully. Ranger26.com is not responsible for errors of any kind, even our own! 😉 But we will fix those quickly if you let us know about them.

1. Your Contact Information – You’ll want them to call you directly to answer questions and handle all sales directly. Ranger26.com does not take part in that transaction in anyway.

Provide full name (I can list just  your first name on the site if you ask me to)
Contact phone
Contact email
Best time to call/time zone.

2. Name of Vessel

3. Asking Price (consider including some indication of whether the price is firm or negotiable).

4. Condition of Vessel

5. Location of Vessel

6. Trailer, type, included in price/separate?

7. Short Description –  A short, one sentence description like “Romantic Ship of Adventure Seeks Like Ships Master” or “Freedom is ready to take you into the sunset” it doesn’t have to be silly or fancy, it just needs to be short enough to fit in the short space provided on the listing landing page and should make your perfect buyer want to click it for more information. Easy!

8. Detailed Description – give me all you’ve got on the things that make your boat unique and the perfect boat for its new owners. Include short list of places she’s taken you to and all the features and special things that give your boat it’s personality.

9. Features List – Your hand written list. It’s like the feature check list below but these will be hand poured in a bulleted list format so you can include things that are on the list below or more details about important features. engine type, special gear installed like torpedo tubes or depth charge racks, radar or a real crows next at the top of the mast.  Be sure to include information about your power, fuel & capacity.

10. Photos – You’ll want at least one photo but more are better. Better photos sell your boat better and size does matter (all boat owners know this instinctively of course! ;-). It’s good to include a “best” shot for the main listing image and then some of outside, above deck and inside below decks. Highlight any details that are unique or strong selling points.
